Upper Kaubashine Lake

   Upper Kaubashine is one of the nicest smaller lakes in the Northwoods. It has no public access so it is nice and quiet. The roads around the lake are pretty lightly traveled and the Hazelhurst area is really picturesque so walking and biking around the lake is pretty nice. The water color is just gorgeous, the lake is deep and clear, the shoreline is a good mix of different tree species and really pretty, AND it is close to Minocqua.
