Presque Isle Lake

   If Presque Isle lake was further south it would be one of the most sought after lakes in the Northwoods. The 1,165 acre lake has amazing water clarity checking in at 23 feet. It is also very deep, with an average depth of 37 feet. There are only 15 owners per mile of shoreline and almost 9 acres of water per owner. The lake is located 20 minutes north of Manitowish Waters, so it isn't too far off the beaten path. Presque Isle Lake can definitely be considered one of the hidden gems of the Northwoods.
