Plummer Lake is a bit of a hidden gem. The 219 acre lake has an average depth of 30 feet and a max depth of 65 feet. The clarity is 19.5 feet. The clear water of Plummer Lake is light aqua blue color. The lake has no public access and the northern part of the lake is undeveloped tribal land so it is a nice quiet lake. Plummer Lake is only twenty minutes from Minocqua and fifteen minutes from Lac Du Flambeau. The homes on the lake are mostly smaller cottages.

The Northern Hornshoe Snowmobile Club Trails run to the west of Plummer Lake. This trail system consists of more than 28 miles of groomed trails around Lac Du Flambeau. The trail system connects to other systems giving you access to anywhere you want to go explore on your sled.
