Lac Du Lune

   If you are looking for an incredible lake with a really peaceful setting, there aren't many lakes better than Lac Du Lune. There are very few homes on Lac Du Lune with less than two owners per mile of shoreline. There are more than 31 acres of water per owner on this 442 acre lake. The water is very clear (about twenty feet) and deep (average depth of twenty-four feet). The lake is very quiet and a really nice size, especially considering its unique shape. The privacy on the lake is really nice. If something does come up on Lac Du Lune it goes fast. Lac Du Lune is a 400-plus acre clear lake southwest of Land O' Lakes that offers an unusually private setting with very low numbers of owners per mile of shoreline. The water is deep and clear, and the irregular shoreline and forested surroundings give it a secluded, "hidden gem" feeling even by Northwoods standards. Lac Du Lune is prized for its combination of clear water, deeper basins, and very low shoreline density, resulting in a notably quiet, private feel even by local standards. The lake's size, irregular shape, and forested surroundings provide varied views and a sense of exploration without sacrificing seclusion. Properties are few and far between, which keeps boat traffic light and gives owners an experience closer to wilderness tripping than typical cabin clusters while still being within a manageable drive of Land O' Lakes services. Properties on Lac Du Lune are scarce and tend to move quickly when they become available, making it especially appealing to buyers who value privacy, quiet water, and a more wilderness-adjacent experience while still being within an easy drive of town.
